About Me

The Pen Pal Project
Do you remember as a child running to the mailbox wishing there was something in it for you? Maybe you remember receiving a letter or a package and the excitement it brought! The Pen Pal Project will bring this excitement and positive anticipation into your classroom. The Pen Pal Project will connect your classroom with a classroom in a different state and provide each participating student with a pen pal. The Pen Pal Project provides participating Teachers: Postage paid envelopes, Stationary, Pencils, A Writing Center for the classroom and A Classroom Mailbox for FREE! The Pen Pal Project is a creative avenue in which state standards are met and kept. Participation is flexible and can work into the Writing portion of the classroom experience. What an amazing way to enrich your writing lessons! If you are interested, please email your Name, School Name and number of students in your classroom to – connectingschools.penpalproject@gmail.com.
